I don't know about that upholstery but at least guys in Hawaiian shirts aren't driving the prices to ridiculous levels for that year. I've always admired the front end of the 73 myself.

wonder what it'd look like de-bumpered

Like it should be sitting out side of a 7-11 in Waretown, NJ on a 90 degree summer night idling while the owner looks for change in the cup holder to buy another pack of PallMall Blues.

...I just can't like it, it's too malaise for my tastes when you consider what it once was.
(Yes it's a GTX but it's the exact same body as the Road Runner!)

Being a "Malaise" car aficionado it pains me to say this.
And I have seen one in person.
It was a miserable car.
In the flesh, no joke, there is not one attractive perspective.
The only saving grace is that it didn't have the hideous quad stack rectangle headlights.

Only if I can have this.

That's why I love it.

Damn, how 1975 is that?? And that's some wicked upholstery. I was 9 years old in '75, btw.

Since it's a 1975, it's smog-exempt here in California - which means that the stock 318 or 360 can be BUILT! Or, if you must, replaced with anything at all - even, say, a 426 Hemi with an 8/71 blower. .

THIS. But I'd take an X instead.

Can anyone explain the seats and door sitting on the grass outside? Is this a metaphor for grass to get people thinking about smoking weed and tooling around in this slow-ass beast?

With "Renegade" by Styx blasting on the aftermarket 8-track stereo hung under the dash with cable ties and an old coat hanger.

What is this "cup-holder" you speak of?
